Qualsevol en t\u00e9, de Talent? Com s&#8217;identifica? Pot ser que alg\u00fa tingui Talent a una empresa i a una altra no?<\/p>\n<h2>La definici\u00f3 del Talent<\/h2>\n<p>El Talent est\u00e0 definit als diccionaris com una habilitat natural, innata, una aptitud que perdura en el temps.<\/p>\n<p>Tanmateix, des de Recursos Humans s&#8217;utilitza la paraula Talent amb una definici\u00f3 diferent: es considera una persona amb Talent aquella que \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de fer la seva feina amb resultats excel\u00b7lents, \u00e9s a dir, amb un alt rendiment en les tasques que realitza. <strong>El Talent a les empreses est\u00e0 directament relacionat amb els resultats<\/strong> i, a difer\u00e8ncia de la definici\u00f3 general de Talent, est\u00e0 molt condicionat per l&#8217;entorn, les funcions i les tasques desenvolupades. \u00c9s a dir, que una mateixa persona pot ser considerada un Talent desenvolupant un c\u00e0rrec a una empresa en un moment determinat i no ser-ho si canvia de feina i\/o d&#8217;empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, si aix\u00f2 \u00e9s aix\u00ed, qualsevol persona tindria un Talent potencial i seria responsabilitat del seu cap, amb el suport de RRHH, detectar-lo, visibilitzar-lo i aprofitar aquest Talent.<\/p>\n<h2>Com desvetllar el Talent potencial?<\/h2>\n<p>En primer lloc, cal detectar el talent i per fer-ho, a les organitzacions o empreses habitualment es valora a trav\u00e9s de 3 maneres:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-content-boxes content-boxes columns row fusion-columns-3 fusion-columns-total-3 fusion-content-boxes-1 content-boxes-icon-with-title content-left\" style=\"--awb-hover-accent-color:#004a97;--awb-circle-hover-accent-color:transparent;\" data-animationOffset=\"top-into-view\"><div style=\"--awb-backgroundcolor:rgba(255,255,255,0);\" class=\"fusion-column content-box-column content-box-column content-box-column-1 col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-4 fusion-content-box-hover content-box-column-first-in-row\"><div class=\"col content-box-wrapper content-wrapper link-area-box icon-hover-animation-slide\" data-animationOffset=\"top-into-view\"><div class=\"heading icon-left\"><h2 class=\"content-box-heading\" style=\"--h2_typography-font-size:18px;line-height:23px;\">1. En aquestes avaluacions s&#8217;analitza generalment el \u201cQU\u00c8\u201d (qu\u00e8 s&#8217;ha realitzat, resultats observats) i el \u201cCOM\u201d (la manera com aquests resultats s&#8217;han aconseguit).
