Lawyer specialized in Inheritance, Tax and Registry Law, with 24 years of experience as a Land Registry Officer, responsible for a Mortgage District Settlement Office located in Catalonia, framed in l’Agència Tributària de Catalunya.
Since 2013, he has been practicing on his own account advising individuals, companies, real estate professionals, as well as other colleagues, lawyers and advisors, who require his specialized knowledge in complex real estate or registry transactions, inheritance, and gift taxes and ITP and AJD.
He also has a great knowledge of tax procedures and the ways to challenge any tax in all areas and administrations.
