Javier Rueda has developed his career in the retail sector with leading companies both in Spain and abroad. He has extensive experience in the areas of operations, sales, team management, supply chain, franchising, national and international expansion and senior management. This has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of the different formats, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, discount stores, cash and carry, etc., as well as their different operational models, including franchising.
He is a founding partner of the Pickdpack food packaging company, as well as a consultant to the retail, FMCG, distribution and hospitality industry sectors and General Secretary of the Food Service Institute.
He has been part of the globalpacta team since 2016.
