Joaquín has been carrying out his professional career linked to public law. In particular, he has provided counsel to companies engaged in public bidding processes and developed resources on public procurement. He has also advised on urban planning issues and provided support and advice in administrative proceedings and in the contentious-administrative judicial proceedings. In addition, he has advised on contentious tax matters, prepared appeals before the economic-administrative courts and participated in judicial proceedings. Joaquín has also worked in other fields of public law, including matters of patrimonial liability of public administrations, local law, and administrative sanctioning law.
In his professional career, Joaquín has also had the opportunity to work and advise public-private foundations.
