Lawyer

Mauro de Diego is fundamentally dedicated to the practice of law in the area of Criminal Law, in its procedural aspect, as well as advising natural and legal persons, with a professional experience of almost 20 years. Previously, he prepared public examinations to access to the Judicial Career.

He has been a member of the Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Barcelona since 2001.

He has been part of the globalpacta team since 2020.

Professor at the Escola de Policia de Catalunya of the Generalitat de Catalunya -currently, Institut de Seguretat Pública de Catalunya– teaching the subject Human Rights and Police Deontology to aspiring Mosso d’Esquadra and Local Police (courses 2002-2003 until 2011-2012, both inclusive).
