Nicolas Clanché is part of the law firm’s French Desk. He specialises in international private law and advises clients on civil and property matters, especially international inheritance procedures and implementation processes. He also advises on foreign investments in Spanish, French and French-speaking territories, as well as on all types of cross-border hereditary transmissions and non-resident taxation.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and a reference lawyer at the French Consulate General in Barcelona.
He has been part of the globalpacta team since 2015.
Academic background
- Graduate in French Law and “Maitrise” in private law from the University of Lille (France).
- Supplementary examinations passed at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the University of Barcelona (2006-2007).
- Certification by the Ministry of Education and Science of the French qualifications to the Spanish qualification of Graduate in Law (2008).
