Jacques Clanché was a notary in France from 1974 to 1999. In 2000, he founded the Franco-Spanish Legal Consultancy, now the French Desk.

Since he began his professional career in Spain, taking advantage of his experience as a notary in France, Jacques has advised multiple clients on inheritance matters in France and Spain, as well as on inheritance management and international inheritance and gift transactions.

He has been part of the globalpacta team since 2015.

– Member of the Pau Court of Appeal Regional Board of Notaries (1990-1994).

– Chairman of the Franco-Spanish Notarial Union (UNOFE) Aragon-Pays de l’Adour.
