Elisabetta Morrielli has developed her experience in Human Resources for more than 20 years in the industrial sector, in the HR Consulting and in international organisations in Spain, France as well as other European countries, in Africa and Latin America. She benefits from a global experience in Human Resources Management, HR Business Partner, Talent Management and project management in international and multi-countries environments.<\/p>\n

Through her expertise, she can offer strategic and operational consultancy services in Human Resources to local, international and multicultural organisations to help them achieving their goals.<\/p>\n

In her career she has supported companies of different sizes (10 to 35M euros turnover) in the operational management of their human resources, defined HR Policies and Programs, implemented organizational development and change management actions in headquarters and local entities of multinational and international organizations, project management of harmonization projects in Spain and France, team & individual\u2019s competencies assessments in external recruitments as well as in internal promotions, implementation of successions plans, training and development in Central and South Europe , internal training and capacity building of HR and sales teams in Europe, US and Africa.<\/p>\n

To the individuals, she can provide effective and personalised support in their mother tongue, to help them reach their personal and professional goals by using professional HR tools and by bringing her vision as an expatriate woman.<\/p>\n
