Lawyer
Her career originates in 2016, practicing as a Labour lawyer since 2019.
As a lawyer, she intervenes in the litigation practice before the Social Jurisdiction and participates in legal advice to companies on working conditions, as well as the termination of employment contracts and the corresponding compensation agreements.
She has participated in collective dismissal procedures and in all kinds of negotiations with workers’ representatives on working conditions in business restructuring processes, which include, modification of working conditions, geographical mobility, suspension of contracts, processes retirement and others.
She is a member of the II·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats of Barcelona.
She has been part of the globalpacta team since 2020.

– Graduated in Law from the Rovira i Virgili University.
– Master’s degree in access to the legal profession at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
