Lawyer
Marcos Laguarta, after completing his Master’s Degree in Law, joined globalpacta as a paralegal, and currently practices as a lawyer specialising in the field of Commercial Law.
He also collaborates with our French Desk in national and international real estate matters.
He has been a member of the Il-lustre Col-legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona since 2023.

– Double degree in Business Administration and Management and Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
– Master’s Degree in Law from the Pompeu Fabra University – BSM.
